Maryam is currently in her third year at the Sauder School of Business in the Finance and International Business option. She has always been passionate about global commerce and is extremely excited to be a member of this year’s IBC team. Having lived in Iran, Canada, and Argentina, she has learned the importance of being globally aware, and cannot wait to apply her skills and knowledge in making this year’s conference extraordinary. She has always been involved in various extracurricular activities, and they have allowed her to meet amazing people, learn new skills and make the most of her university experience. In her free time, Maryam loves taking advantage of some of Vancouver’s best features: the slopes, the lakes and oceans, and of course, the many unique restaurants.
